Fiona White Director, Service Manager and Registered Manager
She is a registered Social Worker with a background of working with disabled children and young people. Fiona has a wealth of experience and understanding of a broad range of issues, including learning disabilities and attachment disorders.
Allyson Scott Staff Development Manager
Allyson has a Diploma in Health and Social Care, A Child Development Certificate, an NVQ Level 5 and an ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. She has a background in working with children and managing children's centres.
Alan Walker Training Manager
Alan has 6 years' experience as an independent trainer and many years in the Care Sector prior to that. He has a CTLLS Certificate and is qualified to teach First Aid, Administration of Medication, Moving and Handling and Positive Behaviour Management.
Sadie Paul Practice & Compliance Manager
Sadie has 24 years' experience in the Care Sector, working with children, young people and vulnerable adults. She has a level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, a level 3 Children & Young People's Diploma, a level 2 Certificate in Behaviour that Challenges and a PTLLS Certificate. She has managed compliance for CQC and Ofsted registered services.
Jen Cartmell Operations Assistant
Jen has a background in administration. She organises the staff rotas and coordinates the operational information, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time. She also leads on IT for the organisation.
